Caring During COVID-19

COVID-19 is placing extra strain on all of us, whether it be our health, financial challenges, and relationships. We recognize that social isolation is prevalent during the pandemic, and some may struggle with everyday tasks such as grocery shopping, meal preparation or caregiving responsibilities. As your church community, we want to be there for you. If you need help, whether it be something practical or counselling, please use the form below to reach out to us so we can care for you.

Caring Ministry

Our goal as a Caring Ministry is to enhance the health of the church and its members through prayer, caring, and needs-specific skills training. We do this by:

  1. Facilitating caring within the MBC Community, equipping members to care for one another.
  2. Supporting and equipping new families and parents.
  3. Promoting physical, mental, and spiritual health.
  4. Creating a safety net for urgent caring needs.

While we do run some programming, such as mental health seminars, parenting workshops, and congregational brunches, much of our work is informal. Our main emphasis is on transforming MBC into a community where caring for each other is part of our DNA. Our hope and prayer is that when you visit us you will experience this for yourself!
